The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Supervisor to join hôntô. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional guest experience by expertly guiding them through our authentic, produce-driven menu and exciting wine list. You should have proven passion and expertise in food, strong knowledge of wines, and a genuine enthusiasm for creating outstanding customer experiences. In addition to this, you will champion service excellence among the front-of-house team, oversee training and development, ensure guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and foster a positive work environment.

 The Responsibility

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role within a quality-driven restaurant
• Confidence in leading pre-service briefings and coordinating teams during service
• A calm and solutions-focused approach to guest concerns and feedback
• Commitment to mentoring and developing team members through clear communication and support
• Understanding of basic financial procedures such as daily cash-up and POS checks
• Familiarity with compliance, health and safety standards, and shift-opening/closing protocols
• Ability to contribute to stock control and waste reduction practices
• Collaborative mindset with a strong interest in team culture and morale
• RSA certificate required
