About Biànca

Biànca was born out of a desire to bring the spirit of Italian dining to Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, capturing the effervescence of a classic trattoria within a sleek, warm, and colourful setting. The food focuses on perfecting classic Italian dishes, made in-house with fresh, seasonal produce. The beverage program is thoughtful and balanced, featuring Italian-leaning wines and seasonal cocktails that complement the food and the vibrant atmosphere.

The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join Biànca. You will support the Restaurant Manager in leading the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Acting as shift lead when required, you will oversee floor operations, coach and develop the team, and ensure high standards of service and compliance. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader with strong communication and organisational skills, eager to contribute to the culture and success of Biànca.

• Previous experience in leadership in premium or high-volume venues
• Ability to lead a team during service, maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong administration and procedural skills 
• Sound understanding of hospitality operations, compliance, and service expectations
• Confidence in coaching, mentoring, and onboarding team members
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Understanding of RSA, WHS, and food safety requirements
• WSET 2 highly regarded
