The Role
We’re looking for a strong, service-led Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team at Golden Avenue.
This is a hands-on role for somebody who thrives on the floor - leading busy service, supporting the FOH team and helping drive the pace, culture and guest experience of the venue.
This role will suit somebody who:

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a premium, high-volume venue
- Strong food, beverage and wine knowledge, with WSET Level 2 highly regarded
- Confidence leading service as a calm and composed shift leader
- Strong organisational and administrative capability, including rostering and closing procedures
- Experience coaching, mentoring and developing front-of-house team members
- Strong understanding of RSA, WHS and food safety requirements
- Experience maintaining high operational, compliance and presentation standards
- A genuine passion for hospitality, food and wine
- Availability across evenings, weekends and late-night trade as required
- Valid RSA Certificate required
